Regularly changing your field of view is required. When we look at our screen all day, we are only looking at something that is a few feet away. If we are always looking at short distances, our eyes will get used to this. And this is why we lose clarity at a distance. Keeping this up everyday is important. - Stomach and Butt Exercises. It is very easy for those of us sitting in our office chair all day to lose shape in our stomach and our bottom. Sugary and fatty foods give us a rush, and then we crash. Imagine what they are doing to your brain function. High fibre and fresh and healthy foods supply loads of the right juice to power our creative and analytical brain functions. If you are hungry it is not only your stomach that is screaming out for energy, your brain is running on fumes. When your brain is cranking you are burning up that fuel like a jet engine.
- Mental Approach. Finding the right motivation for any task is essential to being the best. If you are presented with tasks that are boring or tedious, try to find something interesting in them, and you will find them easier to do. The way we feel about things determines how well we do them.
