When most people think about affiliate programs, they think about someone who works to try and get others to visit a certain site as a means of earning a commission. The fact is, however, that most affiliate programs work by recruiting and managing a series of other members who are based under them. This means that if someone starts out right and works hard in the recruitment process they will be able to have a solid foundation in that business.
